You have lots of story to tell about your health. Recently I have same things happen, so treated in Korea several time including this trip as well. We need God's help in this old body that could be useful for His glory. Blessings, Eun Moo Lee, USA

God Makes All Things Work Together For Good. And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. In this verse, “all things” is literally all things — the good, the bad and the ugly! But what this verse does tell us is that “all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose”. That is our inheritance as God’s beloved children. But when bad things happen to the children of God, it does not end there. God can make those bad things work together for good. In other words, the devil may throw lemons at you, but God can take those lemons and make refreshing lemonade for you. It is important you remember that God is not behind anything bad or ugly. But when those things happen, know that He can make all things work together for good. And don’t let anyone tell you that all things will work together for good only if you love God and are called according to His purpose. These two things are not conditions but descriptions of believers. Believers are those who love God because they know that God first loved them. (1 John 4:19) And they are called according to His purpose for they have been born again and belong to Him. My friend, because you have been born again, all things in your life will work together for good. This is your inheritance as a beloved child of God! Thought For The Day. God is not behind anything bad or ugly. When those things happen, know that He can make all things work together for good. Kelvin Lee It is so good to hear from you personally of your condition and how & what you are going to do about it. I see that our good LORD is very gracious and kind to your family. HE alone knows what is BEST for us individually. May GOD bring joy, peace and understanding together with the healing.ChinChoong

Happy Birthday. We wish you many many more birthdays to come. The medical problem is of course a shock to all of us, but we are in a sense relieved to note that it is in an early stage, and thus not only treatable but more importantly curable. We understand and support your need for a long sabbatical leave during your treatment course. Serendipitously we have Zamzida joining us, so we can manage without much sweat. Most importantly at this stage is for you to get the maximum and most optimum treatment environment necessary for full and complete recovery. And remember that stress is not helpful at all. Let us know what you need. Regards, God Bless, Chakr Nagara & Lisa

I am concerned and appreciate that you have informed us on your stomach lymphona ulcer condition. I shall pray for you in my quiet moments that you will be well and recover soon from malignant ulcer over a period of time. As we are both the family in-laws, we hope to enjoy the in-laws relationship with Simon, Natasha and Myra through the years lah..Don't you think so? So, take care of yourself in anyway as you can possibly do. As a matter of conversation about human food diet, many years ago, I had a friend in India who had this similar ulcer condition. The doctor told him to consume yogurt and papaya seeds, lady fingers regularly if not daily, as these tend to have a favourable alkali balancing equation on his stomach acidity secretion. The tumor gradually reduced to become merely a stomach scar upon medical re-examination and no longer posed a problem. Perhaps, it was providence or diet or both that contribute and helped to heal his condition. Anyway, I shall pray that your condition is getting better and better over time. Johnny Wu, Sabah

Many happy returns of the day. I just know that you will be around for a long time to come. My prayers will be with you and your family as you embark on this challenging journey. God will give you strength, in and through yourself and through your family and friends. Courage, my friend. Andrew Khoo, Kuala Lumpur

I have forwarded a prayer request for you to The GFM International Prayer Team to be praying for you at this time. May you feel the impact and power of those prayers. Having recently been through a sickness ordeal I can ‘feel’ for you all the more at this time. There is really no substitute for good health! Right now Jean and I are taking things a bit easier for the month of June, and it has done me good; my body must have been somewhat run-down, and the more relaxing time has been very beneficial (I could get used to it – smile). Love to you both. Praying for your miracle to happen soon. JESUS CHRIST IS LORD. Love and Blessings, Rodney and Jean., New Zealand

Thanks for keeping us posted on your progress and management regime. It is very important to share and by doing so also share and lessen the load of anxiety that comes naturally as one embarks on the treatment of conditions such as yours. We are praying for your complete recovery soon and support your concern about limiting to the bare minimum visitors as we are sure your friends and relatives understand the need to cut down any risk of cross infection. Let us know if you need us to get you high filtration masks and we will also send them over to your house via your driver. Don't forget to get everyone near you to wear a mask ( also wear one yourself). Haze is no help and it is getting worse. Sorry to sound like mother hen. We will meet and celebrate once you have finished your course of chemo. In the meanwhile keep in touch via the net, it is safer this way. Let us know what you need. Stay positive. I hope that continues till the end of your treatment cycle.Support from your family is most important now than ever.  Hi Teoh, So sorry to hear about the 'unfriendly lump' ! The good news you will already know and that is with R-CHOP the 5yr prognosis is 90%+.Yipee! The less good news is 5 mths of chemo. Well don't worry. I've been there and done it in 2007.What I did was take each one as it came and ticked it off on the series of 8 . That way ,just like the 2nd week of a 2 week holiday , the second half goes a lot quicker !!! and before you know it you are back to work and on routine follow-up. So that's it in summary . Nothing to it !! Well.........That's the bad news over, more good news 1.Loads of sympathy and understanding from family and friends 2.No gardening 3.no washing up---really bad for your health [and ego] 4.lots of special meals with all your favourite foods---really good for your health 5.money still coming in. 6.someone else doing your work !? 7.Nice lie-in in the mornings 8.A snooze on the bed after lunch 9.An opportunity to read all those books you never had time for before 10.Your choice of channel on the TV goes uncontested oh, it's never ending what good can come out of 'unfriendly lumps' To be serious for a moment, Dolly and I missed you hugely at the wedding and I made special mention of it in my speech as did Mark in his speech. We know how much you were looking forward to it and what fun we would have had. Your presence would have been a great honour for us and we would have loved you to have said grace at dinner. But don't worry we have 2 other daughters !!!Dolly and I have been praying for you and we know our prayers will be answered. All those years of exploration and we finally know the Truth!! Anyway all the best with the remaining sessions. God Bless Keith Harrison (UK)

Praise and thank God, you responded well to the first treatment. My wife and I will always remember you in our prayers and thoughts. We pray our good Lord will deliver you from all your afflictions. God bless Thomas Kok

I am really sorry to hear that you are not well and has gone through those difficult time from the diagnosis of the lymphoma to the treatment with chemotherapy. Our life is so unpredictable. Like my mother in law, we thought she wouldn't last till last Christmas but prayer is proven more powerful than any modern treatment. By faith she is doing far better than we expected, now almost one year already she remain asymptomatic despite living on the deadly disease. I don't know how long my mother in law will remain healthy but she certainly has experienced miracle and God's blessing of her life extension. In fact she is going for cataract operation tomorrow to improve her vision. I will continue to pray for the restoration of your health and claim the healing. May God give you patience and fighting spirit that would not wavered despite the mounting challenge of the chemotherapy. Best regards, Sharifah Halimah

Dear uncle Teoh, Very good to hear that you are coping well with your treatments! We thank God for His unfailing Grace which comes especially alive as we walk through the darkest valley. Indeed you have shown that you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you! And you have added another dimension to Phi.4:10-13 which Paul didn't mention, to be content in 'health or in sickness'. We can see that you have peace and joy amidst your 'suffering'. It is your faith coming alive in you, shining forth when there is indeed nothing to fear (Phi.1:18c-26).
Daisy and I wish you and Nancy all the best as you continue holding on to the Master's hand, knowing that He will make all things beautiful in His time!  James & Daisy Leong, Singapore

Good to receive an email from you.  Praise and thank God for your recovery.  Please do take care and will continue to pray for you. A recovery prayer for you.
Living one day at a time,
Enjoying one moment at a time,
Accepting hardship as the pathway to peace.
Taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it.
Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His will.
That I may be reasonably happy in this life,
And supremely happy with Him forever in the next.
Amen.
  God bless. Shireen, HSBC  KL
With fond regards, James & Daisy Leong, Singapore

Praise our Lord that He is healing & carrying you through the various stages, giving wisdom to the doctors treating you. Both you & Nancy are an inspiration to many of us-that there is a caring God carrying every step along the way. With the Lord's blessings some time later, both you & Nancy should pen/write the path you take as this is a source of encouragement to all those undergoing chemo & to caring spouses as well as relatives. Many are either helpless, in despair or some have been overflooded with too much well meaning advice.  Both of you are now even touching more lives. God bless & strengthen you along this trail, knowing too that we are there for you. In His Love, Betty Caleb & family

I am so sad to hear this news.  It of course, galvanises me to pray for you, for complete reversal of the condition, and for healing in body, mind and spirit.
Please keep me in the loop with your progress, so I can pray in a focussed manner.

Stay close to Him and remain in His presence for daily strength and His encouragement to hold on.
Abiding in prayer and faithfulness for you,   AndrĂ©e and Jackie Lee  LONDON
